what gift do i get for my aunt who's like a mom?

my aunt is turning 52 this friday. she spunky and is like a teenager. she pulled me out of a whole my mom put me in. she raised me like she was my momma. we go out do nails, shop, fish, camp, tan, and such. we are girly tomboys. i don't know what i should get that's fun and so sweet she'll cry. can you help?
