Sweet Sixteen is tomorrow and I still don't have a gift :o

A good friend of mine is turning sixteen tomorrow and I want to blow her away with a great gift. I'm kind of known for my creative and fun homemade gifts (last week I made a giant card for a fried and it was her favorite gift) but I'm completely stumped on what to get her! I don't want to make her a scrapbook or anything along those lines, it's not my thing. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

A giant cookie and write your birthday wishes on top.
Chocolate bouquet.
Go to a dollar store and find 16 small items she can use and insert them inside balloons.
