b-day ideas for 39 yr old sister

This year I am completely stumped!! I just turned 40 and my sister threw an awesome party for me.
Now it's her 39th b-day and I do not have a clue what I can do for her.
Any ideas? I'm willing to spend a little money for the right gift.

My sister is turning 39 on April 1st. She is divorced, no children. She has had the same job for the past 20+ years. she goes to the gym every chance she gets. she doesnt eat meat. she rarely eats sweets. she bought her house with cash. she has everything anyone would want. her interests match whomever it is that shes dating at the time. she had a dog, a bad dog.... he's a biter. she doesnt like him, but he is so much like her she loves him.... she lives a few houses from my other sister who is divorced with 3 boys. my first sister does stuff with the kids....
i really dont know what to buy her????
i live in montana, she lives in New Jersey. so i cannot get anything local...

I don't know your sister but it seams to me from your description that she's not happy with her life and having hard time. As her sister you need to make her happy, even if it's just for one day and remind her all the good things in life. May be you can send her a book about traveling to some special place in the world such as Italy or France, add monogrammed travelers case and a passport cover to encourage her to take a trip to make her feel alive and happy again.
