Wrapping with Toilet Paper Rolls

Toilet paper rolls make a great container for gift wrapping small items, in this video "innovative gift wrapping ideas", decorating whiz, Amy Snively, demonstrates how to gift wrap with toilet paper rolls.

Who said gift wrapping had to be expensive in order to look amazing? Just take a look at this inexpensive, easy to make gift wrap idea, it is absolutely astonishing.

Things you'll need:

• Toilet paper rolls
• Old magazine
• Ruler
• Scissors
• Tissue paper
• Ribbon

In order to attain a beautiful gift wrapping, Amy uses old magazine and tissue paper.

She rolls the toilet paper roll in some tissue paper, secures it with a bit of tape and then does the same with the magazine. To finish, she gently ties the ends with curling ribbon, but you can use any ribbon you like.

Tip: if you have something larger, like a poster, to give, you can use the same technique using larger piece of paper with a poster or mailing tube. This same technique can be translated to any cylindrical shape.
