my 19 year old boyfriend's birthday

I'm 16 and my boyfriend is turning 19 next week. i've been searching for concerts and all kinds of things to do for him, but all those ideas basically fell through. It's very soon now and i don't know what to do! I'd really like to go out and do something that is time-consuming and fun. Help?
