Homemade birthday gift for mom.

Hi today is my Mom's birthday... and I was going 2 make her a gift basket.. but I dont have time to go to the store to buy anything. i wanted to know what could put in the basket my brother is making brownies to put in and we were going to print out coupons to put in there too. i know that gift baskets are supposed to have a theme so that they look nice and uniform. But my mom likes lots of things and again I dont have time to go to the store to get perfect little things for her. Please help me on ideas. If you have another easy quick gift idea besides a basket please let me know.
