12 Year Old Friend birthday gift ideas

What should I get my twelve year old friend for her birthday? She is kind of girly, but not too much! :)
She is one of my bff, but I don't know what to get her. :( She likes Hollister and Aeropostale, but I know Hollister is expensive, and I don't have a lot of money in my budget. :) I can spend between like $10 and $15. And I don't want the present to look cheap. I don't really care if it's meaningful though. PLEASE HELP!!! Her birthday is in August so don't totally rush it, but please make it ASAP. :)

Go to a dollar store and buy 12 items she might need such as make up, lip gloss, compact mirror etc. Wrap each item individually and put them all in a cute box. Add balloons and giant birthday card.

It's a fun birthday gift she would love and it will show her that you took the time of making her something special.

I have an amazing best friend. She is spontaneous, loving, fun to be around, the whole package :) anyway, she is turning 14 soon and i dont know what to get her for a present/presents. she has been my best friend only for about a year now, and i want to get her something to remember and celebrate that. I dont think that we really act like we are 14 years old, but more like 16 :) although we are still so young at hearttt . anyway, i really would like your help on what to get her. my friend's 14th birthday will be on our three week school camp. I have organised for my whole camp group to give $2 towards a small present for her. I have $24 (although i can add a few more dollars if necessary) to spend on something nice that i can take in my suit case.
