my sister is turning 10 in march and i thought i'd get in early instead of waiting till the last minute and buying a gift card. my sister loves hannah montana but i'm not sure how long that will last. i want to get her something that means something to her, that she can play with and actually have fun and never get tire of until her next birthday. i can only spend around 30$ unless i really save up. i'm completely out of ideas. last year it was easy but this year shes turning double digits and will want to be cooler. shes having a carnival birthday party this year and i dont know whether or not to get her something that she can have fun with at her party.
we live in a fairly warm place too. ideas???

As a girl who spends lot of time in front of the mirror she would love girly stuff.

Go to a dollar store and get as many items as your budget allows, try to find pink and black items such as pink nail polish, pink lip gloss, black box to fit all the stuff, pink purse, pink small mirror, pink body lotion etc. You get the idea.

Wrap each gift separately with black wrapping paper and add your birthday card to this extraordinary gift.
