Inventive Gift Wrapping Ideas:
Wrapping with Brown Paper Bag - Embellishments
Make beautiful presents using materials around the house with simple and creative gift wrapping ideas and techniques. In this video series, decorating whiz, Amy Snively, demonstrates how to take your gift wrapping to the next level by adding some cute embellishments. To add embellishments to the bag, Amy adds a bow and makes shoelace bow. You can add as many bows as you like, just make sure the knots are all aligned. Then she uses her scrap booking circle punch to punch circles and with a regular punch hole she punches two little holes in each one, just like a button you would find on your shirt. The next step is to thread through the holes. Each one of the strands will get its own button. Arrange them to the height that you want and then tie the end of the twine so that the button doesn't slide off. To play this video just click on the arrow.
