Moving on to the next part - how to carefully fold and cut foil to prepare for wrapping.
It's really a simple and easy wrapping idea; however you need be gentle so you won’t end up with a wrinkled package.
To attain a smooth piece of foil, you may notice that Amy is not using the serrated edge on the aluminum foil box but she's slicing it with scissors.
Afterwards she is folding over the two rough edges, to reinforce, and give a crisper look to that edge, and to hide the crimping that the scissors and the serrated box edge invariably leave on the foil.
Amy is using a chopstick to press the aluminum in order to give it a smooth and nice looks.
Then she's placing her present in the center and gently wraps it.
If you want to attain a fancy look and you have some tissue paper then leave one side open. In the next video Amy will show you how to emboss this, and add some tissue and ribbon.
In this final part, decorating whiz, Amy Snively, demonstrates how to embellish the aluminum foil wrapping paper.
To embellish the wrapping and make the gift stand out on the gift table, Amy adds some tissue paper.
She stacks a piece of tissue paper that's been cut into smaller squares so she can have some real volume. Notice how she gathers the tissue together and carefully arranging it not to crumple it. When it's ready she sticks it right on the top of the box.
To finish, she uses curling ribbon.
