Learn how to take a simple gift and turn it into a darling present that will make you look like you went to a lot of trouble by wrapping with common items like cheesecloth and tissue paper.
Amy starts the gift wrapping by using the tissue paper to add a little
bit of color.
She places the gift in the center of the tissue paper and gathers it all up with a piece of ribbon. This doesn't have to be neat because it's going to get smoothed over by the cheesecloth.
In this second video, Amy demonstrates how to use, measure and cut the cheesecloth to prepare forwrapping.
When it's done, it's time to gather up all of the ends, just make sure your short ends don't end up making a gap, and tie a knot with a little piece of ribbon to make it fairly tight.
In this last video discover how to make final touches of your gift wrapping.
To attain a gorgeous wrapping and make it look sort of a billow pay close attention to what Amy is doing. She finds a thread that runs from the edge, up to the neck of the bottle and pulls it until it gathers the cheesecloth, up to the neck. And then, she ties that in a little knot, to hold it in place. She does the same all the way around.
