Not sure what to get for my best friends birthday. He's 24, male, just graduated as a doctor, and has been my housemate for 4 years. He's about to move to another city so it's also kind of like the end of an era. Any ideas?

Get a small gift box and place inside 3 meaningful items: one item to signify his future as a successful doctor, one item to symbolize the time you lived together, it can be an inside joke, or something more personal. And the 3'd item should be a nice photo frame with a picture of the two of you, you should add a dedication on the back.

what is a good present to give a guy who's turning 20 soon with a party coming up? The birthday boy is actually my ex-boyfriend, who still remains a good friend of mine. i really have no idea what to get him. something simple, not so expensive but at the same time, memorable - i was thinking of giving him a birthday crystal in his favorite color (blue) but i'm not sure if he would even like it so yeah, trying to find another present that he WOULD like. Oh, and something not over the top to not make his new girlfriend become jealous or something. PLEASE HELP!
