Another year...

I’m wishing you another year
Of laughter, joy and fun,
Surprises, love and happiness,
And when your birthday’s done,

I hope you feel deep in your heart,
As your birthdays come and go,
How very much you mean to me,
More than you can know.

You came into my life at the most unexpected moment,
I would say just in time to share laughs, smiles, kisses, travels, love and tears. This year our countdown holds many dear things as well. Our memories of what we had, the friendship that remains and hope for what the future may bring to both our lives. All I wish is that as our hearts grow apart, that our life journeys won't. I want to continue sharing and celebrating your birthdays as they come year after year.

I hope you enjoy your birthday to the fullest... I love you niño... I say that from the bottom of my heart because I now know that I will always love you as my friend, my shoulder to lean on, my wise-beyond-his-years companion that is there to hear me out and give his time and words to comfort me.
