What should i get for my wife shes 28 we have a couple of young kids. She has a spa gift card already. its for her birthday. Shes always taking care of the kids and spending time wit them.

As a young mother the best gift you could give her is free time.

You mentioned she has a spa gift card, but as i can only guess she is not going to use it any time soon because she'll never have the time for a day off.
