Daughter's 25th birthday gift ideas?

What should I get my daugther for her 25th Birthday? I want something she will treasure, but she doesn't like "girly" things. She is more of a "tom-boy", former "Goth" girl. She likes the "Fox" racing logo, she likes the tropics, (no, I can not affore a trip to Hawaii!) She and her boyfriend live together and they have two "house mates" as well. She is into tattoos (I'm not), she drinks on occassion (don't want to encourage that!) I'm stumped!
