My best friend is turning 20 in a few days and I wanted to get her something that she'll never forget. She LOVES music and fashion but I don't want to get her a CD or clothes. I want her gift to be something creative. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My friend is turning 20 on wednesday June 16th. We have been best friends since 6th grade. We have a ton in common; the main, unfortunate similarity being we both lost our mothers at age 17. I want to make her something special for her day! I dont have alot of money to spare but even if i did, i'd rather give her something that i spent time on. So the main things she is into:
-vintage/pinup style everything
-cars and big trucks(her family is a family of truck drivers)
-music and movies of course
-SHOES oh man..shes crazy about shoes.
-books
-hummingbirds
-tattoos
-colors: red and black
-cooking
-traveling
etc.

Any ideas are much appreciated. im totally lost.

My best friend is turning 20 years old we have been friends since we were 12, but we drifted away for a couple of years but now we are starting to get as close as we were again.
