he really wants this yellow truck taht he is inlove with he golfs alot and waterskis (as do i) and i dont know what to give him?

I guess you can't effort to buy him the yellow truck he wants but you can get him a huge gift basket for his future car. Get a big toolbox that he could use and place inside an air freshener, a chamois, wax, glass cleaner, all-purpose protectant spray, tire gauge, a road map book, a visor organizer and an emergency road kit items.

To show him that you sympathize with his dream about the yellow truck you can add a toy car that looks like the truck he wants, and add a note that it is to wish him that all his dreams will come true:)
